RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY
1. Return Window
Customers have 15 calendar days from the date of purchase to request an exchange or a return. We strongly recommend inspecting your items immediately upon delivery to ensure they meet your expectations and are free of defects.
2. Condition of Merchandise
To be eligible for a return or exchange, products must be in perfect, unused condition and in their original packaging.
Lighting Fixtures: Items must not have been installed, wired, or mounted.
Furniture: Items must not show signs of assembly or wear.
Any product showing signs of use, installation, or damage not reported upon receipt will not be accepted.
3. Restocking Fee
A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returns made due to customer preference (e.g., "change of mind," "item doesn't fit style," or "ordered by mistake"). This fee will be deducted from your total refund amount. The restocking fee is waived only in cases of documented manufacturing defects or shipping errors made by Divine Furnishings.
4. Procedure for Returns & Exchanges
In-Store: Returns and exchanges can be processed at our Pickup Center: 3350 Spring Stuebner Rd Suite 400, Spring, TX 77389. You must present your original sales invoice or gift receipt.
By Mail/Freight: If you are located outside our local area, you are responsible for shipping the items back to us.
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and ensuring the item is insured during transit.
If the product is received damaged, you must report it to shopdivinefurnishings@gmail.com within 24 hours of receipt to coordinate a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Please note that all items purchased from the Outlet or Sale sections are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
6. Refunds and Processing Times
All refunds will be issued exclusively through the same payment method used for the original purchase.
Once the returned item is inspected and approved at our warehouse, Divine Furnishings will initiate the refund process.
Please be advised that Divine Furnishings is not responsible for any delays in the crediting of funds caused by third-party financial institutions, banks, or credit card issuers. Processing times for these entities typically range from 5-10 business days, depending on their internal policies.
Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
